This residence was designed by Bob Hull of the Miller/Hull Partnership. The 1,400 sqft contemporary design was masterfully created to envelop its enchanting surroundings - where forest meets a breathtaking view of the San Juan Islands. A 600 sqft guesthouse is situated over an existing garage & greets visitors on the path up to the main house.
Emerald Builders completed this new 6,800 sq ft single family residence designed by Finne Architects. The job required diligent coordination between Owner, Architect, and Builder to create a masterpiece.
This 4,570 square foot hilltop home, with its modern Northwest flair is imbued with warmth. Designed by DeForest Architects, it incorporates a material palette of wood, masonry block, glass, steel, concrete, and color- truly a well executed achievement.
